Dean is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he earned degrees in Marketing,
Speech & Communications and Management. Since he was in second grade, selling candy for his Cub Scout Troop, Dean
has excelled in the art of selling. Through the years, he has fine tuned his techniques and approaches and in doing so, he
has been named the top sales person for a myriad of companies over the past several decades. While representing a sports
organization, he increased sales from $150,000.00 to $2,700,000.00 in just twelve months, a track record he continues to replicate
today.
In 1985, the company that Dean represented entered him in a national sales competition which encompassed
different types of professional organizations from across the United States. The competition was centered on the true
understanding of how to be effective with different personalities and the use of the different approaches a sales person is
required to have in their toolbox to connect with their customers. It is no surprise that Dean won the competition!
Through the years, Dean has consulted with many types of organizations. He has helped increase sales at
the Boca Raton Resort and Club and he has been a guest speaker at Nova Southeastern University and Association of Fundraising
Professionals, Florida.
Dean sits on the Board of Directors for the Broward County
Sports Hall of Fame, South Florida PGA and Junior Achievement. He has served on the committees of thirty-four different
charity golf tournaments.
